I don’t necessarily agree with MoM assessment … the 4 month rule is usually got to do with bid price.
Technically they haven’t made a takeover bid but an offer to buy shares … so long as their offer is 89c that’s fine.
This really means nothing as there are several outs …. The meaning of “current” means “now” so is irrelevant theoretically in a week, fortnight or month etc.
They will try and soak up close to 19.99% first.
