Yes, I agree. MoM are entertaining but they are not definitive.
Shares are up 9x on the recapitalisation, so we can be delighted. But I’m feeling a bit of a grouchy Undaunted vibe: Ramelius, or whoever, has just grabbed 15% of the shares for a premium of less than 10%. I was hoping for more than that, a lot more.
Maybe we can make them pay a lot more for the next 5%, but the institutions sold cheap, as far as I’m concerned.
Perhaps the Tembo and Delphi royalties are coming home to roost now - these guys get a massive sweetener whether they own the shares or not.
Anyway, the task now is to extract as much value as possible from the control transaction. If MoM are right, we have 4 months to get the share price up. No doubt the acquirer will be selling down the shares whenever it can, so let’s hope for some game-changing news on the resource inventory, Pepper, the regional RC, and the gold price.
