I am sorry to hear you’ve had rough times, but I guess that’s part of the human condition (the Buddhist view anyway?)
And maybe suffering is a crucible for alchemy of the spirit? (which is on point that cos it brings us back to ‘gold’?)
But I agree with those who say all the words, even those legends of warriors, and ‘warrior spirit’ can only create a map, nay?
