I had a very interesting discussion with Nic Earner from ALK about the recent rejection re RRL mine in NSW - it seems it has created a lot of uncertainty in the industry about future mining permits. The decision has created a lot of controversy. It may have a significant negative impact on developers without an existing mining permit.
The value of having an existing mining permit now makes those mining stocks a lot more valuable. And then SPR has its mill making it even more valuable
