I'm not an expert with these things but I know ETF's, fund managers certainly have rules to play by. Would SPR fit those rules? By market cap yes....but they are still an explorer that makes no money, much like WA1......I would think ETF's and fund managers would have that as an important part of their selection criteria....but then again, so would the potential growth of a stock. Will be very interesting to see who was buying up big end of the week
