traders are aware the market is recovering but they want to pick up stock as cheaply as possibleand take advantage of the swings.....That's why there is the see=saw between 12.50 and 13.50.....putting an order on at 13 you are pretty much guaranteed a good entry as long as you are patient ...depends on your timeframe...
I am not very patient...I prefer to have my money working for me than parked in a long term position..
The sideways shuffle could go on for a couple of months
at some point some startling revelation,or series of, will convince the general public that the stock market is a safe place to invest in and they will rush in to buy stocks they wish they had bought at these price levels....
buying good quality stocks at these levels is smart as long as you can whether the volatility or trade it...
