Monthly chart: what happens when the Price Momentum Oscillator (PMO) makes a positive cross (up arrows) above its signal line (red). It's a lot better when the PMO and its signal line are above the zero line. Anyhow, a positive cross above the red signal line is a sure sign of strength. There is a lot of potential ahead, but there are also chances of ups and downs like the one we've just gone through.
One up arrow is missing, for 2017.
