Gold explorer going to be a gold producer.
Has 3mio oz JORC of shallow gold down to about 90 metres and USD 27mio in the bank and has an offtake agreement.
No need for equity issuance and awaiting permits to build the plant (purchased already) to start producing gold from the tailings.
Has 418mio CDI on issue and the top 40 hold 74% of the stock. Relatively tightly held.
Current price is just above cash backing with little value put on the JORC gold. So quite cheap.
