The $1.10 was from Euroz-Hartley. They are only using $AUS 22.00 /oz and $1825 for gold. Maybe that’s why they are so much lower than Cannacord.
Valuation and Price Target
Our Valuation is based on a theoretical production outcome at the Cerro Bayo mine, fully diluted to first production. This uses our long term silver price of A$22/oz and FX of 0.73 and gold price of US$1825/oz and FX of 0.73.
Our Price Target is based on the same, except we consider a 50⁄50 split of the SOTP valuation using our long term price of US$1825/oz and FX of 0.73 and spot prices of A$2344/oz and FX of 0.66.
Our Bull Scenario is our best guess at what production could look like with additional exploration success at the priority underground mines Coyita South and Delia South/Trinidad.
