Well we all roughly know but someone may know more details by the look of things trading today. Candidate subjects for announcement are: more positive progress on Revascor, Ryoncil, Partnership, T/O (or just SOA - not highly likely but plausible), and TBH, even a CR at this stage is a good news, more so with entitlement rights.
