On the 19th of Dec there was a change of interest of substantial holder ANN over at PER. Platinum offloading almost their entire holdings. I don't think it's a coincidence SNT's SP started rising a couple of days after. Looking like they might've put the cue in the rack over here. I'm expecting a change of interest of substantial holder here in the next few days. Let's see what happens
