from a fundamental point of view, given that the technicals are yet to offer a strong buy signal, BLY is a global leader in its field. Look at other sector "leaders" such as LEI and WOR to name a couple, both having their SP smashed, however still winning contracts (see recent announcements). in a nutshell, any business going around in the future will more than likely go to these sector heavyweights and BLY is definitely one of them. Frustrating as it is, these may prove to be fantastic entry/accumulation levels in the future.
