I'm not sure what the Monkey Man wants on his chart but here's a long term swing with support resistance showing price moving up through a Pivotal Point and meeting some resistance.
One would have to contemplate directors are buying to drive price up for a placement at lower levels and accumilate stock for themselves to enable a larger placement to themselves.
