check out the strikes for bly long dated oppies I use etrade Its easy to get the prices The asx site has oppies listed for bly Long dated oppies out to Jan 10 with strike 10c The call oppie is valued at 1.1c So when the sp moves 10% the oppie usually moves 50-100% But because its a long dated oppie it takes longer to put on big profits But if you predict BLY to turn up by dec 09 say 20c then the oppie could easily be worth 5-7cc which would translate to 500+% profit Work the math 1 oppiecontract =1000shrs @ 1.1c=$11.00 100 contracts=$1100 Remember BLY listed at 1.80 [email protected] $18000 100 contracts= 1,800,000 If you can get longer dated oppies thru your broker ie out 2-3 yrs You could make a fortune This is a great company It will come good once this tsunami has passed Oppies all about timing Get timing wrong and you cack it bigtime
