Yeah, I think it _could_ happen, but the pessimist in me suspects it'll take longer than a week. There's only 25 million something asks up to 14 cents, already less than today's volume, but the sellers you can see are often the tip of the iceberg. To me, it means quite a few people who bought at the top of the last rally are still there sweating and waiting for the first chance to sell and break even... usually that means slow progress. I've also noticed stocks tend to sit around 9.8 - 10.5 for a while, maybe because the tick size changes. So in my ever so humble opinion, without any news/rumours, there's little to push it through even to 11-12 cents in the next few days.
