Technicals, charting etc. has failed this share miserably while it was heading downwards, what makes the technicals any more reliable on the way up? Please explain.

I seem to remember one of you (not sure who) saying that something like - you've abandoned the charts or something like that because the SP movement (downward spiral) was not making sense.

I'm not having a go at anyone but just want to get an insight in your faith in the charts atm.
