    the one thing that i am slightly still positive about is management must truly KNOW or be fully informed about funding coming through from the US govt otherwise they will massively regret not doing a C/R when it was 14-16c range, so hopefully they still think funding will come through from the whitehouse, with trump having his hands full with the middle east is he still thinking about securing REE supply for the US?
    i hope so.
