I've still got 80% of my holdings I hope your right and 6.9 holds and starts heading back up over 10c again ,big not nothing stopping it from going back to 1c what if Trump delays his funding and dtr have to now do a CR ? What than the directors will have egg on their faces for not going to the market at 13c for a cr
if a Trump funding deal was around the corner dtr would be slowly inching up every day in anticipation not drifting every day
