yeah it means same person. You would hope they would at least unsuspend one account, she(?) did alot of good charts :D
You would assume they had same IP, or mabey had a log of when they were active and found they perfectly logged on and off and posted different times?
If its true, thats really freaky how she used different colors for the charts (appears to be same package LOL), and talked 2 herself and stuff xD!
I guess if you have multinicks you can *agree* with yourself and make your opinion worth more, which is obviously bad.
