I have no idea if this swine virus will mutate later. No one does.

Fact:

the 1918 H1N1 virus started out mild and within one had mutated to be very deadly.

We have better science and antivirals etc now but the virus in 1918 was even the same type as now.

All this means governments around the worlds will not take any chances. You could not wish for a better scenario than how all this is unfolding as we speak. A relatively mild flu pandemic and tamiflu resistance.

Relenza will potentially save many many lives. Its a nice feeling that we are a part of that.
