re the question on your chart "overbought?"
the RSI was in the same position in December, but still managed to rise from just $1.15 to $5+
Some times a stock can experience a sustained rise relative to it's previous gains because the news really was that good.
Recent news hasn't been too shabby, so I guess we'll have to wait and see if it really is 'overbought'
