I agree Royce. There is no hurry to buy. The SPARCS holders will be selling their new BBI shares as soon as possible I would imagine. I presume that's why they elected to convert. So they could extract their money out of SPARCS via the liquidity in BBI. The vote shocked me to be honest. Otakou called it exactly right. Maybe being on the ground in NZ helped him suss out the vibe through the NZ brokers?
