    A couple of points I thought I would make. BJT did not indicate that they would change the name of the company imminently. Yes they flagged it but what gives you the impression it will be in the next week or so?

    Also, we could see a dividend in the low 10's or even high 9's. Perhaps I am being conservative, but 10.7 cents is approiximately 11 cents to me not approximately 10 cents. Their first advice was a dividend of 10.7 cents back at the beginning of April. Their most recent notice states approximately 10 cents.....just food for thought.

    Nonetheless, if we optimistically estimate a cash component of say 4 cents, then that is an annual cash yield of 8 cents. It would not be unreasonable to suggest BJT could trade in the 80's and sustain this price point.
