I'm not sure what's pushing this stock today. I think perhaps the institutional investors have taken their foot off the brake. That feels right. Without them this stock will tick north slowly. But a good quick sell buy between 20 and 17cents.

I was hoping the stoch would go alot lower. CFU plan to open the plant in Germany in October 2009 (4 months). In business terms that's very very soon.
