I personally don't think the DOW has much to do with the BGD shareprice.
This stock seems to have it's own agenda and destination somewhere north of here.
Looking forward to more announcements adding detail to their plans with the Saudis.
Maybe the SP will hit 84 cents again like it did in 2006
