    Good afternoon all, Below is a chart of pan pacific petrol which has formed two consecutive bullish flags.

    The first flag set a target of 7cents which was completed successfully @ 48 cents, And has pulled back and formed a second flag with a target of 7 cents also.
    Price target 51 cents
