I dont hold KAR, made a trade long time ago at a profit, but that was it.
Gaps are one of, if not, the single most powerful signal. Today's action gapped down on high volume and the old gap got filled and didn't hold at $8.50. The stoch indicator showing no signs of reversal just yet, but it is getting oversold.
Next line of strong support is at $7.75 (also halfway of the big green candle, tested a little while back).
With the market appearing to be slowing down, I would say this is the time to think about reducing some holdings or sell.
