If CNP can ride to 52c for no apparent reason with negative NTA well what does that say for MOF, GMG, GPT, FKP, AEZ :) etc.
REITS are definately the way to go and provide me personally with a very cheap strategy to enter the property market at fire sale prices to complement my investment properties.
What i know is that residential/commercial property is not available at 70-90% discount compared to their 2007 values unlike REITS in the sharemarket circa 2009. If there are any please call me and I will buy tomorrow!
