Just going off 20/8/09 full year results presentation, page 5, 3.75cpu, 2nd half 1.5cpu on their guidance at that time. So yeah not encountering changes, guess around 3c return is feasible, not factoring in market turnaround affecting NTA, keep in mind, this is a lot better than most REITS, a .49c backing with divvies is quite suprising. Seems a couple of guys here are anti the stock, please say why?
