Technically this is true, however, its the method of the transaction that determines the SP movement... e..g did the buyer click buy at market price, or did the seller sell at market price.... unless one of those two things happen, you are simply a figure in the market depth.
e.g. if someone "bought" 1M share the SP would be 0.022.... if someone "sold" 1M shares the SP would go down to 0.021.
