I think you mean no one can. No point calling out technical analysis without calling out fundamentalists as well. None of us have any guaranteed advice on which way the SP is going to go as it is impossible to predict....even more so in the short term.

Nothing has changed in underlying company from yesterday to today (that i know of). This is just an unpredictable fluctuation in the SP caused by investor panic because by the Dow pull back (which is causing everything else to pull back). I personally am holding and hoping it drops even further back to my average cost base so i can buy more without raising that cost base average.
