The agreement is for 3 years from 1st of January 2018 at 3,000 tpa, being 9,000 tonnes by 31 December 2020. This is 3 calendar years or 4 financial years.

Considering it is now March, I think 4,500 tonnes of production this year is probably overly optimistic. They should commence ramp up this month but it could take a few months at least to bed down the process and ramp up to the full 500 tonnes per month. I expect they should be able to achieve in the region of 3,000-4,000 tonnes.
