If the share price keeps rising steeply, those share issues could well get voted down.
I'm not sure how long you have been following/invested in this play, but if my recollection hasn't left me, management bonuses were voted down in late 2015, early 2016. There was a cockup with the Liongold payout not coming through as expected and the handout was denied as a result. We all have votes that come with our shareholdings. Lets use em!
Based on the current trajectory, that extra $1million may very well not be needed with loads of options coming into the money.
