Not sure if this will continue to run off today's announcement.
The long wicks on the daily suggest to me that there is too much selling pressure preventing the price from running. Every time it tries to get up, the sellers take over.
Could be someone trying to dump a large position, or impatient holders that got in at 3.2c+trying to cut their losses. I've noticed similiar patterns on other stocks that pull back after a large spike..
