You are right tbecker. I am also increasingly uncomfortable with AREIT risk. I don't ordinarily invest in AREITs and speaking to a number of people, AREITs are not flavour of the month. Charter Hall is trying to float this at peak market and this is what I am worried about. I am rethinking the firm allocation I have. I think people may be pulling out as well hence there is availability of the stock. When my banker keeps ringing me up to ask me to take more stock, I get seriously nervous about the value proposition.
