I know you both mean well but want to see something in writing here in Oz on what you are basing your commentary. That's all mates.
" Can you both google and post any article from Fairfax Media or Newscorp Media or Instos related Website Articles or Fundees Organisational or Research Articles that says
1. any negative things about CLW or
2. It's too expensive or
3. it's crap like PLG in asset location wise or
4. No demand for CLW Shares
5. Brokers calling people to issue shares as people dropping out or
6. Bond Yields will rise way above REIT Sector's returns or
7. Charter Hall is hopeless manager with no experience no name value in Oz
8. Other REIT's are better than CLW etc
anything that these media outlets usually write and rave about
for e.g.: when WiseTech floated or QR National Floated or MYOB floated or RWC floated or Medibank Floated or Healthscope floated or even RWC Floated : you know how we could see so many negative news articles about them being too expensive or not much demand they should be avoided etc
Just find 1 article on CLW and post, so we can be educated and enlightened. Cheers. Can you post 1 single news article on CLW along those lines. I tried but couldn't locate a single one since June.
