yep. just too much risk. better go for a proven blue chip REIT...

    yep. just too much risk. better go for a proven blue chip REIT like SCP, CQR, DXS or VCX.

    if you put a portfolio of those 4 reits u get a yield of better than CLW

    25% SCP
    25% CQR
    25% DXS
    25% VCX

    each REIT has over 5 years trading history.

    5.5% yield approx.
