I returned my allocation and was told today that they had no problem placing those shares as there was a queue of people waiting to get hold of more stock. This augurs well for the IPO. I also think that with China now displaying a slow down, there may be a reticence to hike rates which will also be supportive of Areits generally. So the float I think should go fine. Just not for me in terms of risk return trade offs and the fit within my portfolio.
