I asked your Q fortunately to my source and he said They will add quality existing Assets from their Stable to start with to bring the yield higher to around 6.5% at $4 Listing but they would only put into this IPO assets that have longer WALE. They so strongly believe that it will trade a minimum of 15% Premium to the NTA of $3.88 personally I felt the same as Katavi after I got this info. I never realised that they only need to raise around $530 mil that changes the ball game on demand wise, don't you think. cheers.
