As I said in my reply to tbecker They so strongly believe that it will trade at least 15% higher than the NTA and they said even that is below VIVA and Particularly way way below Ale and still below the Industry Average Premium to NTA. If those were to be true that reflects a value of $.3.88 + $0.58 = $4.46 or 11.5% Stag. Once bitten twice shy they say, so I halved it and thought it should generate around 5.5% Stag. That's the reason I am going big. No more hiding for me as I laid out bare so let's see how it pans out. Cheers.
