VVR's draw back has to be it's all in One Sector Petrol Stations. Where as CLW has multi sector top client diversity. How about if we compare VVR to CLW at NTA level as well as $350 Mil deployed. What would the numbers be. Can we say Petrol Stations has some risk due to Electrics etc as was discussed at around VIVA 's IPO time. Let's say Cancel Out Viva's 15 Tear Long WALe advantage for CLW's Well diversified sector advantage. Then Let's compare VIVA and CLW at NTA Level. Then Let's give 10% premium on the top to Viva for what ever reason. Can you do the numbers in this scenario becker. cheers mate. My figures coming to 5.23% Yield for VIVA at $2.40, Katavi said 5.3% you are saying 5.4%. For sure VVR goes up tomorrow, I say may close at $2.43 let's see tomorrow.
