the problem is NTA is subjective
different valuers(some of them are friendly). so i wouldnt really use NTA. just yield.
Day to day VVR seems volatile trading range is 2.40 to 2.50 at the moment.
Petrol/electrics- VVR's properties are in top quality locations, so by term end land will be huge values(hint: sell land to chinese at end)
Looks like a very small premium is possible for CLW, not really sure it is worth it even for a few %.
Also i Note Nabtrade Retail IPO offer is still open on their site. Nabtrade retail for VVR closed in 2 days and wasnt open this long
