Sure Roostar, but you are not talking about the fair value established by fundamental analysis and so is used by fundamental investors to justify their investment in a stock. You are talking about the SP as it might present itself in the charts over time and what someone might be willing to pay per share at that time.
June 2018 Book Value was 6c per share and a year earlier was 10c before that 13c and in 2015 it was 22c, so you might see the reason for early investors to jump on. I would still suggest that hardly anyone of these guys here would have done a true fair value analysis!

Anyway I'm glad to be guided by TA and go with the market sentiment towards the stock and ride the ups and downs as they come along, rather than adopt the going "buy and hope" strategy used by many!
