Hi Bushmaster,

I like technical analysis too.

On my chart analysis - simple trend lines and support/resistance lines, I reckon the downside risk is to 20c but a break above 28c signals that we are of to the races.

On balance, I can't see a good reason why the stock should trade down to 20c unless something comes unstuck with the financing deal or global markets crash.

However, if a funding deal lands, then the shares will blow through 28c in a heartbeat and you won't see much selling.

So I would suggest that downside will likely be on thin volume and will only be people who are jittery or who really need cash in a hurry and have no other assets to sell.

Upside risk far outweighs downside risk in the circumstances.

Having said that the deal on funding is not guaranteed and until they ink it, there is soem residual risk.
