I think you are expecting a little to much of what is possible in TA, however if you could please apply your suggested rules to any FA statement made here that would be fabulous, because it would cut down on all that unnecessary noise used to create FOMO. I think you know what I'm getting at.
It seems you are looking for a proven method to predict the future based on historical data, without any ifs or buts. Personally I wish you the best of luck with that, because I think you will need it!
However if you found that method already using FA and can apply it repeatable, I'm wondering what you are still doing here and where your multi million dollar yacht is parked?
