Hi Cabbie, The time frame from 2 years ago coincided with the capital markets already declining then Barrick had a dispute with the GOT vice versa...Our project was in the crossfire and totally out of managements control in an unfortunate situation...Roll the clock forward the project has now been de-risked debt-funded the first out of China to do so. No other project has been able to achieve this. With a couple of CP items to be met with the inclusion of subsequent condition's the company now finds themself even better placed than the Bond markets...The NPV of the project is 75 cents an immediate short term target post full funding announcement...
