How come you guys think funding will be something like a christmas present?
It will hurt, it always does.
With your share price of 1.18 you are at a cap of some 370 MAD, which is significantly higher than the NPV of your project (300MAD)
And it will at least 1 year from funding until the first product is sold.
So please be a little more realistic.
