Well, the last thing I would invest in is a company with a huge debt, especially on a project like this where time lines and costs blow outs are fragile and markets for the product are elastic at best.
A larger SOI would be a far better option in my eyes rather than a large debt.
Love to hear your preferred option to get this project mobile and not just a stranded asset.
