I guess if you were going to make a bid for the company at say 5 cps then buying the options would:
1. Be a call option against a higher bidder, so you get something even if you lose the company
2. Remove options from the register. Although there are a lot of options, and the benefit is now lost if the bid is 5cps. Would have more more sense at less than current OSLO price.
So, in other words, I have no idea why the options are now around 40% the price of the shares..
I guess if you were going to make a bid for the company at say 5...
