charting and trends - lessons learned

Hi fellow HCers,

Been O/S for a couple of weeks and good to see there's been some good banter on this forum.

Just a quick note from my recent XJO and FX trading experiences - look at the trend across multiple timeframes.

Every time i've kept a level head and gone with the trend, I've come out on top. When I've tried to pick bottoms and tops, I've generally lost.
